  • Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old sister science to yoga which outlines timeless wisdom for modern wellness.  Ayurvedic treatment combines a wide range of techniques and treatments to prevent and treat illness, focusing on assessment, diet and lifestyle.  It helps us relate to our food choices, environment, activities, relationships and entertainment/technological choices.

Using a highly interactive and collaborative process, we will explore how to impact your:

In each 60 minute session, we review your:

 

  • health and  wellness goals

  • current diet and  movement choices

  • lifestyle habits

  • physical and emotional challenges

  • stress markers

We will use your completed wellness intake questionnaire (insert link here) as a springboard to discuss your wellness roadmap, to maximize diet, self care, movement and lifestyle recommendations.

Need to Know Session Specifics

  • SESSIONS are conducted either remotely via Zoom calls, or, in-person at your local home or my Avalon, NJ office; each session are 60 minutes in length

  • RESCHEDULING: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, or if missed, a 50% fee will be charged.

  • EXPIRATION: All sessions must be completed within a year if purchase.

  • NOTE: Please return the completed Ayurvedic intake form at least 24 hours in advance of our in person or Zoom session. The intake form will be emailed to you automatically at time of purchase.
